CAP and BLOWING SYSTEM
Thanks to its function of rotating 350 degrees horizontally and 75 degrees vertically, ULV cap makes the device much more practical to use than the other systems. It allows more efficient handling and spraying than other machine models.
CONTROL SYSTEM
The manual remote control provides the operation and movement of the system. The emergency stop button on the main control panel also allows you to deactivate the system in an emergency.
ULV NOZZLE SYSTEM
MMT Hunter has 6 nozzles for ULV applications. The nozzle system is controlled by 3 membrane pumps which can apply 0-50 bars pressure. In this way, it is possible to apply at a distance of 40 meters with a nozzle structure which forms a droplet in the range of 0-50 microns in full or small volume spray. The ULV application is monitored from the hand operation panel.
MIST BLOWER
In addition to the 6 ULV heads for the mist blower application, MMT Hunter also has 4 nozzles placed in the main hose. Mist application is controlled from hand operation panel. When the spray button is switched to the mist position from the control panel, 6 ULV nozzles and 4 mist nozzles start to operate simultaneously. In this way, the areas where a more intensive application is needed can be sprayed effectively. In mist applications, a droplet size in the range of 40-100 microns is obtained. Since the system works with ULV, a complete hybrid application is provided.
DUCT SPRAYING SYSTEM
The extension hose (optional extension up to 100 meters) makes it easy to spray hard-to-reach areas. At the same time, the hose can be spooled by an electrical system. A droplet diameter of 100-200 microns is obtained using the nozzle located at the tip of the spray gun. In this way, residual and larvae applications can be performed.
